Production

This section provides a step-by-step guide to manage productions. To make the process even easier, we’ve included a step-by-step video tutorial alongside our written instructions for both web and desktop.

Production Management

1. To manage the production of your cosmetic products, login to Ingrevo, click Manufacturing from the main menu and production from the submenu. You will need a formula to create a production, so make sure you have formulas saved before starting.
2. To create a production click, add production. A pop-up form will appear where you can enter all the required details. Ingrevo will use the quantity entered, to calculate the amount needed for each ingredient that is needed for your production run.
3. Once done, click Save to start the production or Discard to cancel. Your new production will then be listed in the production table with the In progress status.
4. To update a production, click Edit and modify the necessary details in the pop-up form and click Save to apply your changes or Discard to cancel.
5. To remove a production, click Delete. Deleting a production is permanent.
6. To download a production, click CSV to go to the export page, where you can save, print, and export.

Production Creation

1. To begin the production process, click View. This opens the Production Creation tab. Here, you can follow the instructions from your saved formula to record the production.
2. To record a production, carefully enter the exact quantity of each ingredient used. Then, select the Ingredient batch for each ingredient.
3. Once complete, click submit to record your production, once the production is submitted, it cannot be modified, so double-check all the details before finalizing your submission.
4. After submitting, the quantities of ingredients used will be deducted from your quantities in the Ingredients tab.
5. A production batch certificate will be generated and stored in the Compliance Module for your records.
6. The production status will be changed to Produced.

Production Certification

1. The Production Certificate module keeps a detailed record of all manufactured products. To manage the production certificates for your cosmetic products, click Compliance on the main menu and Production Batch from the submenu.
2. Each certificate includes comprehensive details like ingredient suppliers and batch numbers. To view a certificate, click View, and use the Print Certificate button to print a copy.
3. To export a certificate click CSV to download in excel format.
