This section provides a step-by-step guide to manage Product Information Files. To make the process even easier, we’ve included a step-by-step video tutorial alongside our written instructions for both web and desktop.

The PIF module is where you manage all of your Product Information Files, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible. To manage your PIFs click Compliance from the main menu and PIF on the sub-menu.
- To add a new PIF, Click Create PIF. A pop-up form will appear where you can enter the necessary details.
- Once complete, click Save to store the PIF or Discard to cancel. Saved PIFs will automatically be added to the PIF table.
- To make changes to a PIF, click Edit PIF. Modify the details in the pop-up form as needed and click Save to confirm your changes or Discard to cancel.
- To remove a PIF, click Delete. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- To view a PIF, click View. This will open to the PIF view tab, where you will find details on the left and the uploaded PIF on the right.
